Videocon has expanded its Krypton line up, with the launch of Krypton 22, the company's first smartphone to run Android Nougat. It comes with dual-SIM slots, 4G, VoLTE & VoWiFi support, SOS/panic button and an IR Blaster.
The Videocon Krypton 22 features 5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) display and is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, which can be
further increased via microSD card (up to 64GB).
The camera department is handled by an 8MP rear camera with flash and 5MP selfie camera. It packs 2450mAh battery, and has WiFi and Bluetooth for wireless connectivity.
Thanks to the IR Blaster, the device can be used as a remote control that will let you control set-top boxes, fans, stereo sound systems, air-conditioners, DVD players and other other remote-controlled appliances.
The Videocon krypton 22 is priced at Rs. 7,200 and will be available via offline retail stores across the country in Black color.. Videocon is bundling a full version game from Gameloft and one-year free subscription to Eros Now.
