Xiaomi is expanding its audio gear line up in India with the launch of Mi Bluetooth Speaker Basic 2. The compact sized portable speaker sports matte aluminum frame, a soft white face and chamfered edges.
The Mi Bluetooth Speaker Basic 2 has dual 2.5w speaker unit to offer higher fidelity sound over Bluetooth and offers frequency response between 100Hz and
18KHz. It comes integrated with microphone with noise reduction for hands-free calling. You can accept calls just by pressing the power key.
It supports Bluetooth 4.2 technology and is compatible with Android and iOS devices. It also has dedicated AUX-in port, so that you can connect it to non-Bluetooth supported devices
Xiaomi claims that the 1200mAh battery inside will provide music playback for up to 10 hours on a single charge. It weighs just 237g, so it is easy to carry around.
